चतुर्भिर्नयनं तद्वदस्त्रमेकेन कीर्तितम् । दृक्श्रोत्रनासाद्वितये जिह्वाहृन्नाभिगुह्यके ॥ ४४ ॥
caturbhirnayanaṃ tadvadastramekena kīrtitam | dṛkśrotranāsādvitaye jihvāhṛnnābhiguhyake || 44 ||
Mắt được nói là biểu thị bằng bốn (dấu/đơn vị); còn “astra” (vũ khí) được nêu bằng một. Điều ấy được áp dụng để quán niệm nơi các căn tri giác—mắt, tai và đôi lỗ mũi—cũng như nơi lưỡi, tim, rốn và mật căn.
