The Description of the Four Durgā Mantras

आद्यं द्वितीयं करयोस्तार्तीयमुभयं न्यसेत् । मूलाधारे हृदि न्यस्य भूयो बीजत्रयं क्रमात् ॥ ४६ ॥

Transliteration

ādyaṃ dvitīyaṃ karayostārtīyamubhayaṃ nyaset | mūlādhāre hṛdi nyasya bhūyo bījatrayaṃ kramāt || 46 ||

Translation

Người ấy nên an đặt bīja thứ nhất và thứ hai trên hai bàn tay, và bīja thứ ba trên cả hai (tay chắp lại). Rồi, sau khi an đặt tại mūlādhāra và tại tim, người ấy lại nên thiết lập bộ ba bīja theo đúng thứ tự.
