Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches internal sanctification through nyāsa—placing mantra-power onto specific body points—so the practitioner’s body becomes a fit vessel for worship and focused contemplation.
By prescribing disciplined mantra-application before worship, it supports bhakti with correct upāsanā-method: devotion is stabilized through precise ritual and embodied remembrance of the deity via mantra.
It highlights technical ritual procedure (prayoga) related to mantra-śāstra—use of bīja, vowel-length (dīrgha) articulation, and ṣaḍaṅga-nyāsa as a structured method of recitation and placement.
