It teaches that a yantra is not merely a diagram; it becomes effective through worship of the presiding Śaktis—Will, Knowledge, and Action—so the practitioner aligns intention, understanding, and disciplined performance.
Even within technical ritual (yantra-vidhi), the verse emphasizes reverent pūjā—devotional honoring of divine powers—showing that ritual efficacy is grounded in sincere worship and inner alignment.
It highlights applied ritual-technology: correct construction of a yantra and the prescribed sequence of honoring its presiding energies—an example of technical liturgical procedure within the Purāṇic transmission of sacred sciences.
