Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It introduces Mahālakṣmī-upāsanā as a complete sādhanā that can grant both material well-being (bhukti) and the highest spiritual goal (mukti), framing the coming instructions as a formal vidhāna (authorized procedure).
It presents devotion as ārādhanā—reverent worship performed according to vidhāna—implying that disciplined bhakti, not mere sentiment, is the means by which the sādhaka attains tangible and transcendental results.
The emphasis on vidhāna points to kalpa-style ritual method (procedural precision in worship), aligning with the Vedāṅga approach of correct performance and structured injunctions.
