Transliteration

cakraiḥ pūrvavadaṃgāni trayāṇāmapi kalpayet | tataḥ kirīṭamanunāvyāpakaṃ hi samācaret || 4 ||

Translation

Với các dấu hiệu bánh xe (cakra), hãy sắp đặt các chi phần của cả ba (hình tướng) đúng như đã nói trước. Rồi hãy tạo vương miện cho đúng phép, theo lượng định, cho rộng khắp và cân xứng.
