The Exposition of the Krishna Mantra (Kṛṣṇa-mantra-prakāśa): Nyāsa, Dhyāna, Worship, Yantra, and Prayoga

Narada (describing the deity’s form in the instructional narrative)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti (devotion)
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta (wonder)
It presents a dhyāna-style visualization: the deity’s radiant, lotus-like limbs and gentle smile cultivate devotion, steadiness of mind, and auspiciousness, making worship internal as well as ritual.
By focusing on loving, intimate details—smile, beauty, and nourishing offerings like pāyasa and butter—the verse models affectionate remembrance (smaraṇa) and personal worship (upāsanā), core practices of bhakti.
It supports ritual-upāsanā technique: using precise descriptive cues for dhyāna during mantra-japa and pūjā, aligning mental visualization with offerings (naivedya) such as pāyasa and haiyaṅgava.
