Narada (teaching in a technical/ritual context within Book 1.3)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: none
It links material well-being (food abundance) with dharmic ritual order: prosperity is sought through homa (fire-offering) and through appropriate honoring of social pillars—brāhmaṇas and rulers—using fitting offerings.
While primarily ritualistic, it reflects bhakti through reverent offering (homa) and respectful service (pūjā/arcana) to worthy recipients; devotion is expressed as disciplined giving and honoring within dharma.
It highlights ritual application (kalpa-style procedure): specifying the substance for homa (ghee-mixed food) and the appropriate upacāra (flowers) for different recipients, showing rule-based ritual precision.
