Narada (teaching within a technical/ritual instruction stream, traditionally framed as Narada’s transmission to/through Sanatkumara dialogue)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It frames correct performance of a prescribed rite as a means to rapid release from the “great prison-house” of bondage, using ritual precision as a vehicle for inner liberation.
Though the verse is procedural, its intent aligns with bhakti-oriented purification: disciplined sacred action performed as instructed becomes an aid to freeing the practitioner from binding karma, preparing the mind for devotion.
It reflects prayoga (applied ritual procedure) typical of Vedanga-oriented sections—emphasizing exact method, including a specific ritual marking/inscription involving a pallava (sprout) as part of the act.
