Narada (in instruction-dialogue, traditionally to the Sanatkumara brothers)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It presents a karma-kāṇḍa method where specific sacred substances (bilva-flowers and ghee-anointed blue lotuses) are prescribed for attaining Lakṣmī and social influence, emphasizing disciplined ritual causality in the Purāṇic tradition.
Bhakti is implied through reverent offering (homa) using auspicious items associated with divine grace; the act of offering is a devotional surrender, though the verse itself focuses on desire-based ritual results (sakāma-karma).
It reflects applied ritual science—selection of dravya (offerings) and procedural injunctions for homa—aligned with Kalpa (ritual manuals) within the Vedāṅga framework.
