Sanatkumara (teaching Narada the procedure of mantra-nyāsa and dhyāna)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It teaches that disciplined bodily mantra-installation (nyāsa) culminates in inward contemplation—ritual precision is meant to mature into direct meditation on the Lord.
By directing the practitioner to complete the mantric rite and then “think upon the Deity,” it frames external worship as a support for sustained remembrance and loving focus on God.
Ritual method and sequencing (krama) are emphasized—how and where mantras are placed on the body as part of a regulated practice connected with mantra-vidhi and dhyāna.
