हुत्वा लवंगैर्मध्वाक्तैरपामार्गदलैस्तु वा । अयुतं साध्यनामाढ्यं स वश्यो जायते ध्रुवम् ॥ ३० ॥

Transliteration

hutvā lavaṃgairmadhvāktairapāmārgadalaistu vā | ayutaṃ sādhyanāmāḍhyaṃ sa vaśyo jāyate dhruvam || 30 ||

Translation

Sau khi dâng vào lửa mười ngàn lần, hoặc bằng đinh hương được thoa mật ong, hoặc bằng lá apāmārga—mỗi lần đều kèm theo danh xưng của người cần nhiếp phục—thì người ấy chắc chắn sẽ bị quy phục.
