Sūta (colophon/itihāsa-style chapter closing formula; not part of the dialogue proper)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: none
This is a colophon verse marking the formal completion of Adhyāya 66, emphasizing that the chapter’s subject—Sandhyā and daily observances—is part of the Purāṇa’s authoritative dharma and ritual instruction.
Indirectly: by closing a chapter on Sandhyā and daily rites, it frames disciplined nitya-karmas as supportive practices that purify the mind and sustain steady devotion, even though the verse itself is a chapter-ending formula.
It signals a technical-ritual topic (Sandhyā-ādi-nirūpaṇa) situated in Book 1.3 (Vedāṅga-oriented section), pointing to practical guidance on daily ritual timing and procedure rather than narrative theology.
