It teaches that inner and outer purity (śuddha-vāri) and exact ritual order (vidhivat) empower worship—here directed to the Sun’s divine potency (bhānoḥ kalā), approached through disciplined mantra-recitation.
Bhakti is shown as reverent, methodical worship: installing the sacred support, honoring the deity’s aspect, and serving with purity—devotion expressed through careful ritual attention rather than mere sentiment.
It reflects technical ritual science connected with Vedāṅga concerns—mantra-prayoga (precise recitation, including viloma order) and purity rules, and it aligns with Jyotiṣa-oriented solar worship practices.
