जायते च पुराणेभ्यस्तस्मात्तानीह देवताः । सर्ववेदार्थसाराणि पुराणानीति भूपते ॥ ९७ ॥

Transliteration

jāyate ca purāṇebhyastasmāttānīha devatāḥ | sarvavedārthasārāṇi purāṇānīti bhūpate || 97 ||

Translation

Và quả thật, từ các Purāṇa mà chư thiên (cùng tri kiến về các Ngài) được hiển lộ; vì thế, ôi Quốc vương, Purāṇa chính là tinh túy của ý nghĩa toàn thể Veda.
