गङ्गामाहात्म्य — The Greatness of the Gaṅgā
पापमूलवपुर्हन्तुः का कीर्तिस्तव बाहुज । भविष्यतीति निश्चित्य नैतान्हिंसीस्ततः सुत ॥ ६० ॥
pāpamūlavapurhantuḥ kā kīrtistava bāhuja | bhaviṣyatīti niścitya naitānhiṃsīstataḥ suta || 60 ||
Hỡi bậc dũng lực, danh tiếng nào sẽ thuộc về ngươi khi làm kẻ sát hại những loài mà thân phận vốn lấy tội làm gốc? Biết chắc rằng tiếng tăm như thế sẽ theo sau, nên này con, chớ làm hại họ.
