वेदशास्त्रोपदेशेन तं पूर्वमभिवादयेत् । असावहमिति ब्रूयाद्दिजो वै ह्यभिवादने ॥ ३५ ॥
vedaśāstropadeśena taṃ pūrvamabhivādayet | asāvahamiti brūyāddijo vai hyabhivādane || 35 ||
Theo lời dạy của Veda và các śāstra, trước hết phải đảnh lễ vị ấy (bậc trưởng thượng hay thầy). Quả thật, khi đảnh lễ, người dvija (tái sinh) nên nói: “Con là…”, tự xưng danh tính của mình.
