देवराच्च सुतोत्पत्तिर्मधुपर्के पशोर्वधः । मांसादनं तथा श्राद्धे वानप्रस्थाश्रमस्तथा ॥ १४ ॥
devarācca sutotpattirmadhuparke paśorvadhaḥ | māṃsādanaṃ tathā śrāddhe vānaprasthāśramastathā || 14 ||
Việc sinh con trai nhờ devara (em trai của chồng), việc sát sinh để dâng lễ madhuparka, việc ăn thịt trong nghi lễ śrāddha, và kỷ luật của giai đoạn vānaprastha (người ở rừng)—tất cả đều phải được hiểu trong khuôn khổ nghi thức đã được quy định.
