अपानप्राणयोर्मध्ये प्राणापानसमीहितः । समन्वितस्त्वधिष्ठानं सम्यक् पचति पावकः ॥ १०६ ॥
apānaprāṇayormadhye prāṇāpānasamīhitaḥ | samanvitastvadhiṣṭhānaṃ samyak pacati pāvakaḥ || 106 ||
