Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It elevates tīrtha-sevā by stating that Kedāra water confers sacrifice-like merit, and it standardizes practice by noting that the udyāpana (completion rite) follows a generally common rule across vows.
By valuing sacred pilgrimage acts (like honoring Kedāra through its water) as highly meritorious, it supports devotional engagement with holy places and prescribed observances as accessible means to spiritual uplift.
Ritual procedure is emphasized—specifically the concept of udyāpana (the formal concluding rite of a vrata), reflecting applied kalpa-style discipline even when the merit is framed through tīrtha practice.
