Adhyaya 44 — Subahu’s Counsel to the King of Kashi and Alarka’s Renunciation through Yoga
Sanskrit
तत्ते संक्षेपतो वक्ष्ये तदिहैकमनाः शृणु ।
श्रुत्वा च सम्यगालोच्य यतेथाः श्रेयसे नृप ॥
Transliteration
tat te saṃkṣepato vakṣye tad ihaika-manāḥ śṛṇu / śrutvā ca samyag ālocya yatethāḥ śreyase nṛpa //
Translation
Ta sẽ nói với ngài một cách vắn tắt; hãy lắng nghe tại đây với tâm nhất điểm. Sau khi nghe và suy xét đúng đắn, hãy nỗ lực vì lợi ích tối thượng của mình, hỡi Đại vương.
