Adhyaya 34 — Madālāsā’s Instruction on Sadācāra (Householder Conduct, Purity, and Daily Rites)
अन्तर्जानुस्तथाऽचामेत् त्रिश्चतुर्वा पिबेदपः ।
परिमृज्य द्विरास्यान्तं खानि मूर्धानमेव च ॥
antarjānus tathā 'cāmet triś caturvā pibed apaḥ | parimṛjya dvir āsyāntaṃ khāni mūrdhānam eva ca ||
Với tư thế co gối đúng pháp, nên thực hành ācamana, nhấp nước ba lần—hoặc bốn. Rồi lau bên trong miệng hai lần, và cũng lau các cửa giác quan cùng phần đầu.
