वैशम्पायन उवाच ततः स पार्थ वैराटिरभ्यवादयदन्तिकात् । अहं भूमिंजयो नाम नाम्नाहमपि चोत्तर:
vaiśampāyana uvāca tataḥ sa pārtha vairāṭir abhyavadayad antikāt | ahaṃ bhūmiṃjayo nāma nāmnāham api cottaraḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: Bấy giờ, hoàng tử xứ Virāṭa tiến đến gần Pārtha, cung kính chào, thưa rằng: “Ta mang tên Bhūmiṃjaya; và ta cũng được gọi là Uttara.”
