Virāṭa-parva Adhyāya 33 — Kuru Cattle-Raid and Matsya Mobilization (भूमिंजय-प्रेरणा)
तदेवायुधमादाय मोक्षयाशु महीपतिम् । यमौ च चक्ररक्षौ ते भवितारो महाबलौ
vaiśampāyana uvāca |
tad evāyudham ādāya mokṣayāśu mahīpatim |
yamau ca cakrarakṣau te bhavitārau mahābalau |
gṛhītvā tu dhanuḥ śreṣṭhaṃ javena sumahājavaḥ |
vyamuñcac charavarṣāṇi satoya iva toyadaḥ |
Vaiśampāyana nói: “Hãy cầm lấy chính binh khí ấy mà mau giải cứu nhà vua. Còn đôi song sinh—những người giữ bánh xe chiến xa của ngươi—sẽ tỏ ra dũng lực phi thường.” Rồi Bhīmasena, bậc đại lực và cực kỳ mau lẹ, chộp lấy một cây cung tuyệt hảo, và phóng ra mưa tên dồn dập—như mây nặng nước đổ xuống những dòng mưa xối xả.
