प्रत्युवाच ततो5गस्त्य: प्रहसन्निल्चलं तदा । ईशं हासुर विद्मस्त्वां वयं सर्वे धनेश्वरम्,तब महर्षि अगस्त्यने हँ-कर इल्वलसे कहा--“असुर! हम सब लोग तुम्हें शक्तिशाली शासक एवं धनका स्वामी समझते हैं
pratyuvāca tato ’gastyaḥ prahasan niścalaṃ tadā | īśaṃ hāsura vidmās tvāṃ vayaṃ sarve dhaneśvaram ||
Bấy giờ hiền triết Agastya mỉm cười điềm nhiên, đáp lời Ilvala: “Hỡi Asura, chúng ta đều biết ngươi là bậc cầm quyền hùng mạnh và là chúa tể của của cải.”
