सौगन्धिकवनं राजंस्ततो गच्छेत मानव:,राजन! तत्पश्चात् मानव सौगन्धिक वनमें जाय
saugandhikavanaṁ rājan tato gacchet mānavaḥ | rājan! tatpaścāt mānava saugandhika-vanameṁ jāya |
Rồi sau đó, tâu Đại vương, người ấy hãy đi đến rừng Saugandhika. Tâu Đại vương, kế đó người ấy sẽ đến khu lâm viên Saugandhika.
घुलस्त्य उवाच
The verse conveys a prescriptive, orderly movement through a landscape: one should proceed step by step to the designated place. Ethically, it reflects disciplined travel—following guidance, respecting sequence, and moving with purpose rather than impulse.
The speaker gives route-like instructions to a king, stating that from the current location one should go onward to the Saugandhika forest, and that after this stage the traveler reaches that grove.
