Pulastya’s Instruction

विगाहा तस्मिन्‌ सरसि मानुषत्वमुपागता: । तस्मिंस्तीर्थ नर: स्नात्वा ब्रह्मचारी समाहित:

vigāhā tasmin sarasi mānuṣatvam upāgatāḥ | tasmiṃs tīrtha naraḥ snātvā brahmacārī samāhitaḥ ||

“Chúng đã lao mình xuống hồ ấy và đạt được thân phận con người. Tại thánh địa đó, một người—sau khi tắm gội—trở thành kẻ giữ hạnh phạm (brahmacarya), tâm trí vững vàng, thu nhiếp.”
