त्वामुपस्थास्यतश्रैव नित्यं वाष्णेयजीवलौ । एताभ्यां रंस्यसे सार्ध वस वै मयि बाहुक,वार्ष्ण्य और जीवल--ये दोनों सारथि तुम्हारी सेवामें रहेंगे। बाहुक! इन दोनोंके साथ तुम बड़े सुखसे रहोगे। तुम मेरे यहाँ रहो
tvām upasthāsyataś caiva nityaṁ vārṣṇeyajīvalau | etābhyāṁ raṁsyase sārdhaṁ vasa vai mayi bāhuka ||
Vua Ṛtuparṇa nói: “Vārṣṇeya và Jīvāla—hai người đánh xe—sẽ luôn hầu cận ngươi. Ở cùng họ, ngươi sẽ được an nhàn vui thỏa. Vậy nên, Bāhuka, hãy ở lại với trẫm.”
