विदर्भराजतनयां दमयन्तीति विद्धि माम् निषधाधिपतेर्भार्या नलस्यामित्रघातिन:,“मैं विदर्भराजकुमारी दमयन्ती हूँ। मुझे शत्रुधाती निषधनरेश नलकी पत्नी समझिये
vidarbharāja-tanayāṃ damayantīti viddhi mām | niṣadhādhipater bhāryā nalasyāmitraghātinaḥ ||
Xin ngài hãy biết: thiếp là Damayantī, ái nữ của vua xứ Vidarbha. Thiếp là chính hậu của Nala—bậc diệt thù, quân vương nước Niṣadha—xin ngài nhận biết thiếp như vậy.
बृहृदश्च उवाच
