सफल ते भवेज्जन्म रूप॑ चेदं सुमध्यमे । वयं हि देवगन्धर्वमनुष्योरगराक्षसान्
saphala te bhavej janma rūpaṁ cedaṁ sumadhyame | vayaṁ hi devagandharva-manuṣyoraga-rākṣasān
Bṛhadaśva nói: “Hỡi người thiếu nữ eo thon, nếu vẻ đẹp này của nàng đi đôi với đức hạnh và hạnh kiểm chính trực, thì đời sinh ra của nàng mới thật sự viên mãn. Bởi chúng ta đã thấy biết bao loài—chư thiên, Gandharva, loài người, rắn thần, và Rākṣasa—nhưng chính phẩm hạnh mới ban giá trị bền lâu, vượt lên trên dung mạo.”
