Kāmyake Pāṇḍavānāṃ Bhojana-vyavasthā
Provisioning and Welfare in the Kāmyaka Forest
वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं--जनमेजय! एक समयकी बात है, महर्षि लोमश इधर-उधर घूमते हुए इन्द्रसे मिलनेकी इच्छा लेकर स्वर्गलोकमें गये। उन महामुनिने देवराज इन्द्रसे मिलकर उन्हें नमस्कार किया और देखा, पाण्डुनन्दन अर्जुन इन्द्रके आधे सिंहासनपर बैठे हैं ।। ततः शक्राभ्यनुज्ञात आसने विष्टरोत्तरे । निषसाद द्विजश्रेष्ठ: पूज्यमानो महर्षिभि:,तदनन्तर इन्द्रकी आज्ञासे एक उत्तम सिंहासनपर, जहाँ ऊपर कुशका आसन बिछा हुआ था, महर्षियोंसे पूजित द्विजवर लोमशजी बैठे
tataḥ śakrābhyanujñāta āsane viṣṭarottare | niṣasāda dvijaśreṣṭhaḥ pūjyamāno maharṣibhiḥ ||
Rồi, được Śakra (Indra) cho phép, bậc tối thượng trong hàng “lưỡng sinh” (Lomaśa) ngồi xuống trên một chỗ ngồi trang trọng đã được bày biện đúng nghi lễ, trong khi được các đại hiền giả tôn kính.
