तदादाय गतो राजंस्त्वरमाणो महामृगः । आश्रमान्तरित: शीघ्रं प्लवमानो महाजव:,राजन! उन काष्ठोंको लेकर वह महामृग बड़ी उतावलीसे भागा और बड़े वेगसे चौकड़ी भरता हुआ शीघ्र ही आश्रमसे ओझल हो गया

Transliteration

tad ādāya gato rājan stvaramāṇo mahāmṛgaḥ | āśramāntaritaḥ śīghraṃ plavamāno mahājavaḥ ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana nói: “Tâu Đại vương, con nai lớn ấy đã mang theo những khúc gỗ kia mà vội vã chạy đi. Nó phóng nhảy với tốc độ kinh người, và chẳng bao lâu đã khuất khỏi tầm mắt, vượt ra ngoài am thất.”
