गमिष्याम्यनवद्याद्धि लोके समवहास्यताम् | सर्वेषां विबुधानां च वक्तव्य: स्यां तथा शुभे,निर्दोष अंगोंवाली सुन्दरी! तुमने मन्त्रद्वारा मेरा आवाहन किया है; इस दशामें उस आवाहनको व्यर्थ करके तुमसे मिले बिना ही लौट जाना मेरे लिये उचित न होगा। भीरु! यदि मैं इसी तरह लौटूँगा तो जगत्में मेरा उपहास होगा। शुभे! सम्पूर्ण देवताओंकी दृष्टिमें भी मुझे निन्दनीय बनना पड़ेगा
gamiṣyāmy anavadyāddhi loke samavahāsyatām | sarveṣāṁ vibudhānāṁ ca vaktavyaḥ syāṁ tathā śubhe ||
Hỡi người cát tường, không tì vết! Ta sẽ không ra đi theo cách khiến ta trở thành trò cười của thế gian. Nếu ta quay về như thế này, thì ngay giữa chư thiên, ta cũng sẽ bị nói đến với lời chê trách.
