वैशम्पायन उवाच अयं राजन ब्रवीम्येतत् तस्य गुहां विभावसो: । यादृशे कुण्डले ते च कवचं चैव यादृशम्,वैशम्पायनजीने कहा--राजन्! सूर्यदेवकी दृष्टिमें जो गोपनीय रहस्य था, उसे बताता हूँ। इसके साथ कर्णके कुण्डल और कवच कैसे थे? यह भी बता रहा हूँ
Vaiśampāyana uvāca: ayaṃ rājan bravīmy etat tasya guhāṃ Vibhāvasoḥ | yādṛśe kuṇḍale te ca kavacaṃ caiva yādṛśam ||
Vaiśampāyana thưa: “Tâu Đại vương, ta sẽ kể điều bí mật mà Vibhāvasu (Thần Mặt Trời) biết. Ta cũng sẽ tả đôi khuyên tai của Karṇa như thế nào, và áo giáp của chàng ra sao.”
