अयं वत्से महाभागो ब्राह्मणो वस्तुमिच्छति । मम गेहे मया चास्य तथेत्येवं प्रतिश्रुतम्,“वत्से! ये महाभाग ब्राह्मण मेरे घरमें निवास करना चाहते हैं। मैंने “तथास्तुट कहकर इन्हें अपने यहाँ ठहरानेकी प्रतिज्ञा कर ली है
ayaṃ vatse mahābhāgo brāhmaṇo vastum icchati | mama gehe mayā cāsya tathety evaṃ pratiśrutam ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: “Con của ta, vị Bà-la-môn hữu phúc này muốn ở lại trong nhà ta. Ngay tại gia thất của mình, ta đã hứa với ông—nói rằng: ‘Được vậy’—và đã nhận lời sẽ tiếp đãi cho ông cư trú.”
