कुन्तीगर्भगोपनम् तथा मञ्जूषाप्रवाहः

Kuntī’s concealed childbirth and the river-borne casket

तां मायां विकृतां दृष्टवा दशग्रीवस्य रक्षस:

tāṃ māyāṃ vikṛtāṃ dṛṣṭvā daśagrīvasya rakṣasaḥ

Mārkaṇḍeya nói: Thấy ảo thuật biến dạng, đầy lừa dối ấy của Daśagrīva (Rāvaṇa), bọn rākṣasa đều bị sức mạnh kỳ dị của nó làm cho chấn động—một đoạn nhắc rằng adharma nương vào mê vọng, và tri giác có thể bị thao túng khi sự phân biệt bị mây mù che phủ.
