गन्धर्वाप्सरसो भद्रे मामापानगतं सदा । उपतिष्ठन्ति वामोरु यथैव भ्रातरं मम,“भद्रे! वामोरु! जब मैं मधुपानकी गोष्ठीमें बैठता हूँ, उस समय मेरे भाईकी ही भाँति मेरी सेवामें भी गन्धर्वोंसहित अप्सराएँ उपस्थित होती हैं
gandharvāpsaraso bhadre mām āpānagataṃ sadā | upatiṣṭhanti vāmoru yathaiva bhrātaraṃ mama ||
Mārkaṇḍeya nói: “Hỡi người nữ cao quý, hỡi người có đùi ngà—mỗi khi ta ngồi trong hội uống rượu mật, các Gandharva cùng các Apsaras luôn đến hầu cận ta, như họ hầu cận chính huynh trưởng của ta vậy.”
