मारुतेन सुशीतेन सुखेनामृतगन्धिना । सेव्यमानो वने तस्मिन्‌ जगाम मनसा प्रियाम्‌,उस वनमें अमृतकी-सी सुगन्ध लिये मन्द गतिसे प्रवाहित होनेवाली सुखद शीतल वायुका स्पर्श पाकर श्रीरामचन्द्रजी मन-ही-मन अपनी प्रिया सीताका चिन्तन करने लगे

Transliteration

mārutena suśītena sukhena amṛtagandhinā | sevyamāno vane tasmin jagāma manasā priyām ||

Translation

Trong khu rừng ấy, được làn gió mát lành, êm dịu—thơm như cam lộ—khẽ nâng niu, tâm trí Rāma lại lặng lẽ trôi về người yêu dấu, và Ngài bắt đầu tưởng niệm Sītā trong lòng.
