Sāvitrī’s Report and Nārada’s Prognosis (सावित्र्याख्यान—सत्यवान्-गुणवर्णनं तथा अल्पायुषः पूर्वसूचना)
तामुवाच स धर्मात्मा नृशंसं बत ते कृतम् । पतिं हत्वा कुलं चेदमुत्साद्य धनलुब्धया
tām uvāca sa dharmātmā nṛśaṃsaṃ bata te kṛtam | patiṃ hatvā kulaṃ cedaṃ utsādya dhanalubdhayā ||
Người con chí đức ấy nói với bà: «Than ôi, việc bà làm thật tàn nhẫn! Vì lòng tham của cải, bà đã giết chồng và làm cho cả dòng tộc này suy vong.»
