अजेयस्त्वं रणेडरीणामुमापतिरिव प्रभु: । एतत् ते प्रथमं देव ख्यातं कर्म भविष्यति
ajeyas tvaṁ raṇe 'rīṇām umāpatir iva prabhuḥ | etat te prathamaṁ deva khyātaṁ karma bhaviṣyati ||
Mārkaṇḍeya nói: “Trong chiến trận, Người không thể bị kẻ thù khuất phục, uy quyền như chính Chúa tể của Umā (Śiva). Việc này, hỡi bậc thần linh, sẽ trở thành chiến công đầu tiên làm rạng danh Người.”
