चित्रसेनगन्धर्वैः कौरवसंनिपातः

श्रिया जुष्ट: पृथुयशा: स कुमारवरस्तदा । निषण्णो दृश्यते भूतै: पौर्णमास्यां यथा शशी,मूर्तिमती शोभासे सेवित हो वहाँ बैठे हुए महा-यशस्वी सुन्दरकुमारको उस समय सब प्राणी पूर्णमासीके चन्द्रमाकी भाँति देखते थे

śriyā juṣṭaḥ pṛthuyaśāḥ sa kumāravaras tadā | niṣaṇṇo dṛśyate bhūtaiḥ paurṇamāsyāṃ yathā śaśī ||

Markandeya nói: Vị vương tử ưu tú ấy, được phúc lành cát tường và danh tiếng vang xa, khi ấy ngồi tại đó, khiến muôn loài đều trông thấy—rực sáng như vầng trăng tròn trong đêm rằm.
