वैशम्पायन उवाच एवमुकक््त्वा महाबाहु: कौरवं पुरुषोत्तम: । आमन्त्रय प्रययौ श्रीमान् पाण्डवान् मधुसूदन:,वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं--जनमेजय! ऐसा कहकर पुरुषोंमें श्रेष्ठ महाबाहु श्रीमान् मधुसूदन कुरुनन्दन युधिष्ठिरकी आज्ञा लेकर द्वारकाकी ओर चले
Vaiśampāyana uvāca: evam uktvā mahābāhuḥ Kauravaṃ puruṣottamaḥ | āmantrya prayayau śrīmān Pāṇḍavān Madhusūdanaḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: Nói xong như vậy, Madhusūdana lẫm liệt—bậc tối thượng giữa loài người, tay mạnh như vũ trụ—từ biệt các Pāṇḍava; và với sự chuẩn thuận của vị Kaurava là Yudhiṣṭhira, Người lên đường hướng về Dvārakā.
