पञ्चवर्णोत्पत्तिः — The Origin of the Five-Colored Fiery Being and Ritual-Disruptor Lineages
विषमां च दशां प्राप्तो देवान् गहति वै भृशम् । आत्मन: कर्मदोषाणि न विजानात्यपण्डित:,मूर्ख मानव संकटकी दशामें पड़नेपर देवताओंको बहुत कोसता है, उनकी भरपेट निन्दा करता है; किंतु वह यह नहीं समझता कि यह अपने ही कर्मोका दोषावह परिणाम है
viṣamāṃ ca daśāṃ prāpto devān gahati vai bhṛśam | ātmanaḥ karmadoṣāṇi na vijānāty apaṇḍitaḥ ||
Người thợ săn nói: “Khi một người rơi vào cảnh ngặt nghèo, gập ghềnh, hắn dữ dội trách cứ chư thiên và tuôn lời mắng nhiếc không ngớt. Nhưng kẻ ngu không nhận ra rằng lỗi ở chính hành vi của mình—nỗi khổ ấy là hệ quả của nghiệp do mình tạo.”
