Transliteration

tataḥ śatasahasrāṇi śarāṇāṁ nataparvaṇām | cikṣipuḥ samare vīrā mayi śālvapadānugāḥ ||

Translation

Rồi sau đó, giữa trận tiền, các dũng sĩ theo phe Śālva đã trút lên ta hàng trăm ngàn mũi tên—những cán tên có mấu cong—hòng dìm ta bằng sức mạnh áp đảo.
