इन्द्रप्रशंसा, दिव्योपकरणदानं, गन्धमादनसमागमश्च

Indra’s Commendation, Bestowal of Divine Insignia, and the Gandhamādana Reunion

तानहं विविधैर्बाणैवेंगवद्धिरजिदह्ागै: । गाण्डीवमुक्तैरभ्यघ्नमेकैकं दशभिम्मथे,तब मैंने उनमेंसे एक-एकको युद्धमें गाण्डीव धनुषसे छूटे हुए सीधे जानेवाले विविध प्रकारके दस-दस वेगवान्‌ वाणोंद्वारा बींध डाला

tān ahaṃ vividhair bāṇair vegavaddhir ajihāgaiḥ | gāṇḍīvamuktair abhyaghnam ekaikaṃ daśabhir raṇe ||

Arjuna nói: “Rồi giữa trận chiến, ta lần lượt—từng tên một—bắn mười mũi tên thần tốc, đủ mọi loại, bay thẳng như rắn, phóng ra từ cung Gāṇḍīva. Nhờ vậy ta xuyên thủng chúng một cách dứt khoát.”
