इन्द्रस्य पाण्डवैः समागमः
Indra’s Meeting with the Pāṇḍavas
शुशुभे स महाबाहुर्गदाखड््गधनुर्धर: । निहत्य समरे सर्वान् दानवान् मघवानिव,उस समय गदा, खड़्ग और धनुष धारण किये महाबाहु भीमसेन समरभूमिमें सम्पूर्ण दानवोंका संहार करके खड़े हुए देवराज इन्द्रके समान शोभा पा रहे थे
śuśubhe sa mahābāhur gadākhaḍgadhanurdharaḥ | nihatya samare sarvān dānavān maghavān iva ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: Bấy giờ Bhīmasena, bậc đại hùng tay lực—mang chùy, kiếm và cung—đứng rực rỡ giữa chiến địa, sau khi đã giết sạch các Dānavas trong giao tranh, sáng chói như Maghavān (Indra). Câu kệ đặt võ công của chàng như sức mạnh lập lại trật tự khi khuất phục những quyền lực tàn phá, và ca ngợi sức mạnh có kỷ luật được dùng để hộ trì chính đạo.
