Saubha-ākhyāna: Śālva’s Approach and the Fortification of Dvārakā (सौभाख्यानम्—द्वारकायाः सुरक्षाविधानम्)
ततो निर्याय कौरव्य अवस्थाप्य च तद् बलम् | आनर्तानां महाराज प्रद्युम्नो वाक्यमब्रवीत्,महाराज कुरुनन्दन! तब प्रद्युम्नने निकलकर आनर्तवासियोंकी उस सेनाको धीरज बँधाया और इस प्रकार कहा--
tato niryāya kauravya avasthāpya ca tad balam | ānartānāṁ mahārāja pradyumno vākyam abravīt ||
Bấy giờ, hỡi hậu duệ nhà Kuru, Pradyumna bước ra, chặn quân ấy lại và trấn an lòng dạ các chiến sĩ Ānarta; rồi với khí phách, chàng cất lời—
