अभिफपन्नस्तु राजेन्द्र साम्बो वृष्णिकुलोद्वह: । वेगं वेगवतो राजं॑स्तस्थौ वीरो विधारयन्,राजेन्द्र! वृष्णिवेंशका भार वहन करनेवाला वीर साम्ब वेगवान्के वेगको सहन करते हुए धैर्यपूर्वक उसका सामना करने लगा
abhipannas tu rājendra sāmbo vṛṣṇikulodvahaḥ | vegaṁ vegavato rājaṁs tasthau vīro vidhārayan ||
Tâu Đại vương, Sāmba—vị anh hùng bậc nhất của dòng Vṛṣṇi—dẫu bị dồn ép vẫn đứng vững. Với sự điềm tĩnh kiên định, chàng chịu đựng sức xông tới của kẻ địch nhanh như gió và đối mặt mà không hề lùi bước.
