कमलोत्पलकटछ्लारपुण्डरीकसुगन्धिना । सेव्यमाना वने तस्मिन् सुखस्पर्शेन वायुना,उस समय कमल, उत्पल, कह्नलार और पुण्डरीककी सुन्दर गन्ध लिये मन्द मधुर वायु उस वनमें मानो उन्हें व्यजन डुलाती थी
kamalotpalakaṭacchlārapuṇḍarīkasugandhinā | sevyamānā vane tasmin sukhasparśena vāyunā ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: Trong khu rừng ấy, một làn gió nhẹ—mềm mát trên da và ngào ngạt hương sen, sen xanh, sen đỏ, sen trắng—dường như hầu hạ họ như chiếc quạt, đem lại sự êm dịu giữa đời sống hoang dã, và nhắc rằng chính thiên nhiên cũng có thể là chỗ nương tựa lặng lẽ cho người chịu khổ với lòng tiết chế.
