Kuberasaras-darśana (Bhīma beholds Kubera’s guarded lotus-lake) / कुबेरसरः-दर्शनम्
एतावदिह शक्तस्त्वं द्रष्ट रूप॑ं ममानघ । वर्धेडहं चाप्पतो भूयो यावन्मे मनसि स्थितम् | भीमशशत्रुषु चात्यर्थ वर्धते मूर्तिरोजसा,“अनघ! तुम यहाँ मेरे इतने ही बड़े रूपको देख सकते हो, परंतु मैं इससे भी बड़ा हो सकता हूँ। मेरे मनमें जितने बड़े स्वरूपकी भावना होती है, उतना ही मैं बढ़ सकता हूँ। भयानक शशत्रुओंके समीप मेरी मूर्ति अत्यन्त ओजके साथ बढ़ती है”
etāvad iha śaktas tvaṃ draṣṭuṃ rūpaṃ mamānagha | vardhe 'haṃ cāpy ato bhūyo yāvan me manasi sthitam | bhīmaśaśatruṣu cātyarthaṃ vardhate mūrtir ojasā ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana nói: “Hỡi người vô tì vết, ở đây ngươi chỉ có thể thấy chừng ấy hình tướng của ta. Nhưng ta còn có thể mở rộng hơn nữa: hình tướng trong tâm ta nghĩ đến lớn bao nhiêu, ta có thể lớn bấy nhiêu. Và khi kẻ thù ghê gớm ở gần, thân hiện của ta phình nở cực độ, tràn đầy oai lực áp đảo.”
